Prices and Conditions of Sale
Goods will be paid at the prices valid on the date of the confirmation of the Buyers order by the Seller (Prices include VAT). Product prices may be amended from time to time.

The Seller shall not be liable for failing to perform any obligations under the Contract to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
